Agreement
This Terms of Use agreement (the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding electronic contract governing your use of the 1st International Social Network website (www.1st-international.com) (the “Website”), operated by (“Us”, "We", or "Our"), and any services provided on it (the “Services”). By accessing, using, or registering as a member of the Website ("Member"), you acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not access the Website or use any Services provided by Us.
Use of the Website and the Services is also subject to and governed by Our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with such changes becoming effective upon posting on the Website.
Your continued use of the Services after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time, with or without notice.
You agree that We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services, in whole or in part.
By accessing the Website or registering as a Member, you consent to have this Agreement provided to you in electronic form. You also have the right to request a non-electronic copy of this Agreement by contacting us.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Illinois. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to the Website and/or the Services, you agree that any such dispute shall first be resolved through consultation between the Parties. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days after consultation begins, any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Illinois.
Membership
Access to the Website, as well as registration as a Member, is permitted only for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By using the Website and/or the Services, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this requirement and you have the legal right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and comply with all of its terms and conditions. Use of the Website is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
You may register as a Member at no cost. As a Member, you may access all features and functionalities of the Services. However, the use of Our translation services requires the purchase of credits at the prices specified on the Website.
The Website is intended solely for the personal use of individual Members and may not be used in connection with any commercial activities. Organizations, companies, and businesses are not permitted to register as Members or use the Services for commercial purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach and to ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session. You should exercise caution when accessing your account from shared or public devices and avoid sharing any sensitive and/or financial information. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
Unauthorized or illegal use of the Website, including but not limited to collecting usernames or email addresses, sending unsolicited communications, scraping content, unauthorized framing or linking, or misrepresenting the source of the Services, may be investigated and may result in legal action, including civil and criminal liability.

We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove any Content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws. User profiles and content may be subject to moderation prior to publication.
Certain aspects of the Services may be provided by affiliated or third-party companies. Such companies are required to maintain the confidentiality of user information and to comply with Our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Any opinions, advice, statements, or other content made available through the Services by third parties are those of their respective authors. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. We are not responsible for content provided by third parties and make no guarantees regarding its accuracy.
Consent Policy

You are solely responsible and agree to take reasonable precautions when interacting with other Members, particularly if you decide to meet offline or in person. We reserve the right, but shall have no obligation, to monitor, mediate, or resolve any disputes between Members.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the conduct or compatibility of Members.
Under no circumstances shall We be liable for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental damages, arising out of or in connection with your conduct or the conduct of any other person in relation to the use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, any bodily injury, emotional distress, or any other damages resulting from communications, interactions, or meetings with other registered users of the Service or with individuals you encounter through the Service.
You agree not to use the Website for unlawful or harmful activities, including but not limited to:
- Posting false, misleading, abusive, or offensive content;
- Promoting any illegal activities or violence;
- Sharing personal contact details in violation of Our policies;
- Spamming, advertising, or solicitation without authorization;
- Promoting businesses, organizations, or political entities
In order to protect Our Members, We reserve the right to limit communications between Members for the period of time that We deem appropriate in Our sole discretion.
Prohibited Activities
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any violations of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the immediate involvement of law enforcement authorities and the removal of any offending content or communications from the Service.
Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to, content that:
- Is unlawful, abusive, offensive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, promotes racism, or promotes physical harm against any individual or a group, or infringes upon the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights;
- Promotes or advocates violence, terrorism, discrimination, harassment of another person, or advocates self-harm;
- Involves spamming (the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass mailing) or unauthorized communications;
- Seeks to obtain personal data for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users;
- Engages in unauthorized commercial activity and/or sales without Our prior written consent.
Anti-Trafficking and Exploitation Policy
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, coercion, and any other form of abuse.
The Website may not be used to recruit, advertise, arrange, facilitate, or otherwise engage in commercial sexual services, trafficking activities, or exploitation of any kind.
Prohibited activities include, without limitation:
- Publishing, advertising, or offering any content, services, or materials related to exploitation, whether explicit or implied;
- Recruiting, transporting, transferring, harboring, or receiving individuals for the purpose of sexual or labor exploitation;

Any activity related to human and/or sex trafficking or prostitution is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, with disclosure of any relevant information, including content and user data, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and jurisdictional requirements.

U.S. Export Controls

By downloading or using the Software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country and that you are not listed on any such restricted list.

We disclaim any responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Website or in connection with the Services, regardless of whether such inaccuracies or errors are caused by Us, by Users or Members, or by any equipment or programming associated with or used in the Services.
We are not responsible for the conduct of any User or Member of the Website, whether such conduct occurs online or offline. We assume no responsibility for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, failures of communication lines, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of User or Member communications.
We further disclaim any liability for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone lines and networks, computer systems, servers, providers, any hardware or software issues, or failure of email delivery or functionality due to Internet traffic congestion, whether on the Website or otherwise. This includes, without limitation, any injury or damage to users, Members, or any other person’s computer or equipment arising from or related to participation in or downloading materials from the Website or use of the Services.
Under no circumstances shall we, or Our affiliates, advertisers, promoters, and distribution partners, be liable for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from anyone's use of the Website or the Services, including any Content posted on the Website or transmitted to Members, or any interactions between Users.
Any advice, opinion, or suggestion posted on the Website is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not intended to replace or substitute for any professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, or other professional services.
Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect for as long as you use the Website and/or the Services.
If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the services or with any provision of these terms of use, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the services.
You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason. Upon termination, unused credits may be refunded in accordance with Our Refund Policy.
Your Membership might be terminated, without prior notice, if you misuse the Services or engage in conduct that We determine to be inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of this Agreement.
All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect after such termination.
