I do not want to share my credit card info over the Internet,
could you charge me over the phone? Where should I call ?
Yes, you can place your order and choose the "Order
Offline" option upon completion. We will contact you
shortly to complete your transaction over the phone. You can
also FAX a completed Order Form to our US office number: (800) 676-9149.
Is my order information private?
The information you provide us with regarding yourself is
considered private information and will not be shared with
others. This includes your name, address, phone, e-mail address,
and credit card information. The name and address of the gift
recipient, and the card message is shared with the florist,
but no one else. Your credit card information will NOT be
stored on our web server.
Are there any circumstances where you would share my private
information?
In rare circumstances, the private information you provide
us with may be shared with appropriate law enforcement or
investigative authorities if such action is necessary to:
- comply with the law;
- stop credit card fraud;
- protect against misuse of our website;
- protect the personal safety of our site users or the public;
The purpose of this disclosure would be to identify, contact
or bring legal action against anyone who may attempt to cause
injury to another's rights or property.
How secure is my information?
When you place an order, you are redirected to the VeriSign
Secure Order Form. By choosing the secure form, you establish
a safe connection between your computer and our server using
Secure Sockets Layers (SSL), an advanced encryption technology
used to protect the storage and transfer of your data from
unauthorized parties. Your order remains encrypted until it
is safely behind the firewall of our order-processing center.
Your credit card information will NOT be stored on our web
server.
My credit card has been charged, but the flower delivery
is only scheduled to take place in 2 days. Why did you charge
my card before attempting delivery?
A credit card is charged real-time when you press the "Submit"
button on the payment server. You will receive an email notification
from us.
Digital Picture of Delivery
Can you guarantee that the digital picture of the recipient
will be made?
We cannot guarantee that the digital picture service will
be carried out for the following reasons:
- Recipient may decline our request to take her picture. We
will not force a person, or take their picture without permission.
We respect the privacy and feelings of both our clients, and
recipients.
- In certain locations we cannot guarantee that the picture
will be made due to the lack of quality photo equipment. Also,
please bear in mind that some remote locations may only have
ordinary photo cameras, not digital ones. When you select
the photograph option, you must agree to these terms.
Will I still be charged for the picture, if it was not
made?
No, we do not charge for the photo service when the order
is placed. We will only bill you after the picture has been
taken. If the picture was not taken, your order total will
include the cost of goods and delivery only.
I have requested that you take a digital picture of delivery,
but the picture was not attached to the delivery confirmation
message. Does it mean that the picture was not made?
Some florists in smaller cities and towns of the former Soviet
Union do not have digital cameras and therefore use an ordinary
camera. It may take up to 7-10 business days to develop the
film, process the photos, and send them to our regional office.
Do you offer digital video services?
This service is currently only available in large cities:
Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kiev, Kharkov and Odessa. The cost
is $9.95 for a short movie clip (10-45 seconds). There is
no guarantee for the length of the clip, as it depends on
the recipient's desire to be filmed. You may enquire about
the availability of the digital video service in other cities
by emailing
us. We will contact our regional office and reply as soon
as possible. After delivery you will receive an email with
the link to download the video file. Due to different variations
of digital cameras, some videos may not include sound. When
you select the digital video option, you must agree with these
terms.
Service and Delivery
I do not see the city of the recipient in your deliverable
cities list. Does that mean you do not provide your services
there?
We are able to provide our services in most of the towns
and cities of Russia, Armenia and former Soviet Union. Sometimes,
if the desired destination is not on our list, it means that
an additional fee for distant delivery might apply. Contact
us and we will answer all your questions. The amount
of the distant delivery fee varies according to the distance,
weather and geographical conditions.
Could you tell me the phone number of your florist in
the city of delivery?
All customer support issues are handled by the customer support
representatives in our international offices via phone
and email.
They will pass on any of your special instructions to the
respective delivery agent in the most efficient manner.
I have the address of the lady, but I don't have her phone
number. Will you still be able to deliver my order? What if
recipient is not at home?
You are welcome to place your order without including her
phone number. However, if the phone number is not provided,
we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. Our standard
procedure includes contacting the recipient in advance to
arrange the most appropriate time of delivery.
If the recipient does not have a phone number, please specify
how we should proceed if she/ he is not home at the time of
delivery:
- Place the note with the phone number at the door
- Attempt redelivery (additional fee will apply)
You can specify this request in the 'Comments' section of the
order form.
I would like to send a gift that is not offered on your
site. Do you deliver custom gifts?
Yes, you are welcome to request a special, personalized gift
to be delivered. We can accommodate for most requests, as
long as the item is locally available. To find out more, please
email
your gift request to us, and we will get back to you as soon
as possible with an answer.
Will I receive the delivery confirmation?
Yes, at the end of the delivery day (US time), our local
offices will send you a confirmation of delivery via email.
In some cases it may take up to 24 hrs to send this confirmation,
as not all of our partners have Internet access. If your order
is delayed for some reason, we will notify you about this
by email or phone.
How long will it take?
Depending on the location, it may take up to 2-7 business
days before you receive an email from us regarding your order.
In most major cities, however, we will be able to deliver
to the recipient within 24-48 hrs of payment.
Scam Check Up
Will the recipient know that I am checking up on them?
RussianScamCheck.org understands the emotional delicacy involving
such a service, and therefore treats its recipients' feelings
with the utmost respect. Should the recipient turn out to
be a real person, your order will be delivered as that of
a professional flower service.
Will you send me an email confirming whether the recipient
is a scammer or not?
We will send you an email confirming our findings. As a professional
company, it is not up to us to offer our opinion. We merely
present the facts as they are. You will either be informed
that your order was successfully delivered, or, in the case
that it wasn't, you will be given all the details revolving
why delivery couldn't take place. From this, you will be able
to make your own conclusions.
You are welcome to our scammer list, regardless of whether
you use our services or not.
How will I know this person is a scammer?
As a courier will personally visit the location you provide
us with, we will have a physical confirmation of the existence
of an address, and its residents. Potential scam cases could
include the absence of a street, house or apartment, as well
as the presence of completely different people who have never
heard of the recipient.
You have made a successful delivery, but I still think
the recipient might be a scammer.
Very few scammers provide their real physical addresses.
If they were to be exposed, the authorities would have no
trouble finding them. If you believe that we could have made
a delivery to the wrong person, please ask the recipient if
they ever received your order. If the recipient denies receiving
your gift, this may be because different people were living
at the address you were provided with - also a sign of a scammer.
Do you have a list of scammers I can check?
This service will be available shortly. We will complete
and upload our personal database of scammers, which everyone
will have access to. You will be able to check scammers by
name, address or email.
